The event aims to explain the methodology and processes for the company to participate in the awards. Between 100 and 150 HR directors, Communication and Marketing, are invited to learn about the GPTW event and good practices.
Coffee and lunch with Presidents
An exclusive breakfast before the awards ceremony is held bringing together the presidents of the companies that will be awarded. The meeting brings together the president of GPTW Brazil, a moderator journalist and a special guest to participate in a debate.
Hotel and tourism awards
Specifically focused on the hospitality and tourism segment in Brazil. The evaluation was based on questionnaires with employees and the policies and actions of companies, and sought to choose the best companies to work in the country.
Best Companies to Work for
The ranking Best Companies to Work on is the standard of excellence for defining work environment examples. This is the celebration event to recognize the 50 Best Companies to Work with the presence of the main executives of national and multinational companies from each state that awards the award.
